Credit Card Authority Service Agreement
As per the terms of the Ignite Systems managed services agreement, payment of all fees that become payable to Ignite Systems shall be by means of a valid Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard).
Ignite Systems will email you an invitation to set up automatic payments, which will require you to submit details of a nominated Credit Card via an online form. By providing details of your Credit Card in response to the invitation from Ignite Systems, you are authorising us to charge your Credit Card for payment of fees that become payable to Ignite Systems. This agreement sets out the terms for this arrangement.

1. Nominated credit card
1.1 The Credit Card details you provide in response to the invitation from Ignite Systems to set up automatic payments is referred to as your nominated Credit Card.

2. Debiting your credit card
2.1 We will only arrange for funds to be debited from your nominated Credit Card if we have sent to you by email a billing advice which specifies the amount payable by you to us and when it is due.
2.2 If a charge to your nominated Credit Card is unsuccessful, we will attempt to debit again on a daily basis. If still unsuccessful after several further daily attempts, we will contact you to advise that charging your nominated Credit Card has been unsuccessful.

3. Your Obligations
3.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available on your nominated Credit Card on the due date to allow a debit payment to be made.
3.2 If advised by Ignite Systems that there is insufficient credit available on your nominated Credit Card to meet a payment, you must arrange for sufficient credit to be available on your in your credit card by an agreed time so that we can process the payment.
3.3 If your nominated Credit Card expires or is cancelled you must:
a) advise Ignite Systems as soon as practicable; and
b) respond to an invitation from Ignite Systems to set up automatic payments by providing an alternative nominated Credit Card.
3.4 You should check your Credit Card statement to verify that the amounts debited are correct.

4. Changes
4.1 Variation of this Agreement will only be made after giving you at least fourteen (14) days written notice of proposed changes and subsequently receiving written advice of your approval to such changes.

5. Dispute
5.1 If you believe that there has been an error in debiting your nominated Credit Card, you should notify us immediately.
5.2 We will investigate and deal promptly and in good faith with any such query, claim or complaint. If your query, claim or complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction when you contact us, we will inform you at that time of the length of time which we estimate the investigation will take.
5.3 If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your Credit Card has been incorrectly debited, we will arrange within a reasonable time to adjust your account and provide a refund where appropriate. We will also notify you of the adjustment either orally or in writing.
5.4 If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your Credit Card has not been incorrectly debited, we will respond to your query by providing you with reasons and any evidence for this finding in writing.
5.5 If we cannot resolve the matter or you are not satisfied with our proposed resolution, you can still refer it to Your Financial Institution which will obtain details from you of the disputed transaction and may lodge a claim on your behalf.
